Lana Blais is currently a Vice Principal but was recently the Languages Coordinator for SD 73 Kamloops-Thompson.  She has been a language educator for 20 years in BC and Alberta, in both Core French and immersion, and has taught all grades K-12.  Creative and energetic, Lana's passions include project based learning and design thinking education. Lana has worked as a vice principal and learning assistance teacher in both French and English, and has been a bilingual teacher librarian as well.  She completed her masters degree through the University of Calgary with a focus on Teaching and Learning Second Languages and Culture, along with Child and Youth Mental Health.
