This interactive workshop will provide an introduction to the online Starling Minds program that was specifically developed for teachers and is supported by the BCTF (free to all members). We will use case study videos of a teacher to demonstrate how the program can be used as an educational tool and training to reduce stress. Although we cannot always change the amount of stress in our lives, Starling Minds can help you learn to better manage it.
