In this day long workshop we will exploring a variety of ways to educate students in physical and health education. The main goal of this P.H.E. learning is to create lifelong physically active students. Throughout the day we will go between classroom health activities and gymnasium physical activities. Please wear clothing that allows you to be physically active, and please know part of our physical activity may lead us outdoors. This workshop is open to participants of all physical ability levels, and modifications can easily be made. Please bring your laptop for our health activities, or student laptops may be available.
