This all-day workshop will introduce the participant to the processes of working with a variety of water media including watercolour, gouache, water soluble drawing materials and ink. Participants will be given tools for effectively teaching water media processes to students of all ages. Processes will allow for experimentation and effective delivery of key concepts in the Visual Elements and Principles of Art and Design as laid out by BC’s New Curriculum. These processes can also be used in the implementation of cross-curricular activities.
