Participants will learn about Residential Schools in Canada and how this important history impacts both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people in our society. This presentation includes historical facts, and personal stories shared from the presenter's family journey through the Mohawk Institute Residential School. Participants will gain insight into using reconciliation, reciprocity and respect. The presentation will highlight resources from the K-12 Evaluated Resource Collection (ERAC/FOCUSED ED)
